At Masked Uchiha, we carefully prepare every order before it is shipped. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping Time 📦

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to ship after the order has been successfully placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may occasionally take longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Confirmation 📧

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your email address and shipping information are entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping Delays 🚚

While we work to ship orders within our estimated timeframe, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other shipping disruptions.

A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.

Incorrect Shipping Information 📍

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible at maskeduchiha1@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages 📦

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at maskeduchiha1@outlook.com with your order number and photographs of any visible damage.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Order Cancellations ❌

Orders may begin processing shortly after purchase. Because of this, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
