At Masked Uchiha, we want every customer to understand our refund and return policy before placing an order. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Once an order has been successfully placed, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

Because our masks are made and prepared specifically for our customers, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, ordered the wrong product, or decided that the product is not what you expected.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

No Change-of-Mind Refunds

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• You no longer want the mask.
• You changed your mind after ordering.
• You ordered the wrong mask.
• You ordered the wrong quantity.
• You purchased the item as a gift and the recipient does not want it.
• The mask does not match your personal preference.
